We’re committed to making sure you love what you ordered. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for all purchases made through www.allathletesclub.com and affiliated sites.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below. These policies apply to all orders shipped within the United States.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be approved prior to shipping them back.

Repackaging: Please return all items in their original boxes or packaging. Do not place tape or labels directly on product boxes (e.g., shoe boxes). Returns with defaced or damaged packaging may be declined.

B. Extended Store Credit Window (14–30 Days)
Â
If your return request is made after the initial 14 days but within 30 days of the date you receive your order, you may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
To qualify:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and include all original packaging.
Â
- Store credit will be issued via digital gift card once your return is processed.
Â
- Items outside this 30-day window are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

C. Return Shipping Fees
Â
- Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
Â
- Customer-Paid Shipping: For returns due to size, fit, or style preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $15 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

D. Final Sale & Excluded Items
Â
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

- Customized, personalized, embroidered, or team-branded products.
Â
- Clearance or final sale merchandise.
Â
- Event-specific or limited-edition items.
Â
- Large or bulky equipment, at the discretion of All Athletes Club.
Â
Please confirm eligibility with our support team before purchasing any custom or clearance items.

E. Return Process

- Submit Request: Contact our support team at info@thebaseballclub.net within 14 days of the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

- Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we’ll email you a return authorization and prepaid label (if applicable).

- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Â
- Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the return and notify you of approval or denial.
Â
Items returned without prior approval or that fail inspection will be refused and not refunded.

F. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@thebaseballclub.net or 305-807-2458
We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost. Processing times may vary depending on your location.

G. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for:

- Incorrect size or item received
- Defective or damaged products
- Fit or style preferences (on eligible items)
To start an exchange, contact our support team within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange or issue store credit if the preferred item is unavailable.

H. Refunds

After we receive and approve your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect.

- If your return is denied, the item will be shipped back at your expense.

I. Unused Discounts or Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply promotions retroactively or issue refunds for unused discounts.

We aim to fulfill all orders quickly, but delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or supply chain issues.
 If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you and offer flexible options, including cancellation and full refund if necessary.
