This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed within the United States. By purchasing from All Athletes Club, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to provide transparency regarding how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
A. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen delivery method, and order weight or size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed prior to payment.
From time to time, All Athletes Club may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be reflected during checkout when applicable.
B. Order Processing and Transit Times
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Transit Time: Typically 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and the carrier’s service schedule.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather events, or supply chain disruptions).
C. Delivery Carriers
We partner with major carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable delivery across the United States. The carrier used for your order is determined at our discretion based on destination, package size, and service availability.
D. Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order at info@thebaseballclub.net.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
E. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting us promptly at info@thebaseballclub.net.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information on returns and exchanges.
F. Damaged, Lost, or Misdelivered Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a carrier claim.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Check with neighbors or your building management.
- Contact the carrier directly.
Once the carrier confirms delivery, All Athletes Club is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
G. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is delivered to the shipping carrier for transit. After transfer to the carrier, All Athletes Club is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in delivery.
Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
H. Manufacturer Direct Shipping
Some items are or maybe fulfilled directly by our manufacturing partners (“Manufacturer Direct Orders”).
For these orders:
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (handled by the manufacturer).
- Shipping Time: 1–5 business days, depending on the manufacturer’s location and your delivery address.
- Carrier & Tracking: The carrier will vary by manufacturer; you will receive tracking details once the order ships.
- Communication: In the event of any delays or issues, our team will notify you promptly and coordinate updates between you and the manufacturer.
Please note that Manufacturer Direct Orders are fulfilled by external partners, and while All Athletes Club oversees these transactions, certain logistical factors may be beyond our direct control.
I. International Orders
At this time, All Athletes Club ships only within the United States.
As our company expands, international shipping options may become available, at which point additional terms (including customs duties, taxes, and import fees) will apply.
J. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact info@thebaseballclub.net for assistance.
K. Policy Updates
All Athletes Club reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
